About Me
My name is Katrine Bukholt, I am 27 years and I live in an appartment in Odense with my lovely Burmese cats. In summer 2008 I became a nurse, and I now work at the University Hospital in Odense.
How it all began
My parents had a Siamese cat for many years, and when I moved away from home it did not take long before I missed having a cat.
In 2006 I then had my 2 first Burmese cats Toffee of Magicat and Tennessee of Magicat. There is no doubt that the Burmese cat is just right for me. There is always a helping paw with changing sheets or cooking. And there is never a lonely moment on the couch in the evening.
My breeder "talked me into" taking my cats to a show, and after the first show I was already hooked. This has given me a lot of lovely moments with other breeders, on and off shows.

My breeding
Breeding Burmese cats is something I have been looking forward to for a long time. My first litter was born on the 26th of march 2008 - see the kittens page.
I focuse on breeding beautiful kittens with the wonderful temperament of the Burmese. Characteristic of the Burmese is the silky fur and a good weight - while it seems small. It is my intension to stay a small cattery, so I have plenty of time for each cat and kitten.
I am a member of the danish cat clubs Katteklubben and BB-klubben (a club for British Shorthair and Burmese) and I am often at different shows in Denmark and in foreign countries.
If you have any questions, wish to see the Burmese in a homely environment, or just feel like a little chat about cats, you are very welcome to contact me - my home is open to anyone interested. I am always ready for an no-obligational talk about cats.
